Package org.strbio.net Description

These classes are for running or exchanging data with non-local programs (i.e., programs that you run by submitting data to a web page).

Note that these programs are very likely to break or vanish if the the program is no longer being maintained, or if it's being maintained enough that its web page is constantly changing. However, many of these programs are still widely used by computational biologists despite this severe limitation.
